Alan Wilson, Business Risk Support Manager for Gratte Brothers Security Management Ltd was presented with an Excellence@Gratte Award this week in recognition of the excellent training scheme he delivered to Tesco’s new Malaysian CCTV Hub team in Malaysia.
Mike Cornish, Tesco’s Group Digital Officer commented, “Spanning 3 weeks, 2 countries and starting with delegates with no prior experience of CCTV , the security software or till operations, Alan did an excellent job of navigating through these challenges and building a very impressive level of capability within the team.”
Alan also acted as host outside working hours for the delegates respecting the dietary and cultural needs of their Muslim faith.
