Our annual 3-day audit, covering our Integrated Management System by certification body NQA was completed last month. The audit ensures that we meet the requirements as a business in order to retain our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications which cover Quality Management, Environmental Management and Occupational Health & Safety.
Day 1 was focused on the Integrated Management System itself where high-level business processes were reviewed, in particular site controls which required a visit on day 2 to one of our M&E project sites to review our processes in action. The afternoon of day 2 was spent at our London HQ examining office controls and relevant support functions. Day 3 was used to round up the evidence requirements, create final reviews of audited processes and finalise information for reporting purposes.
We are delighted to have impressed the auditors once again who were very complimentary about all of our participants as well as the answers and evidence that was presented and the company will continue to facilitate continual improvement where needed.
