New mixed-use development, Ilona Rose House, located in Soho, London recently reached practical completion, 2 days ahead of schedule. This unique building has been purposely built with Soho Estates’ tenants needs in mind by Sir Robert McAlpine and will provide office space, retail, restaurants, an art gallery, a nightclub and eight apartments.
Gratte Brothers provided the shell & core electrical installation to the building which included works across 4 sub-basements and eight above ground floors. The installation included roof level plant and a solar farm which consists of 355W Photovoltaic panels across 223m2 of the building’s roof area, providing an estimated 42,948kwh of electricity per annum!
