Catering Insight interviewed the top brass of 10 kitchen design houses to see how they’ve coped in recent unprecedented times and GBCEL MD, Colin Barden spoke to the publication about how the challenges of the past year have caused the business to swiftly adapt working practices, communications and processes in order to continuously support customers and their changing needs whilst vitally keeping the team safe.
