A team from Gratte Brothers attended the biennial Careers Convention held at the Royal Masonic School for Girls on 3rd May 2018.
Information on engineering opportunities and the career paths available through Apprenticeships and Graduate Training Schemes in the company was provided.
The aim is to encourage girls to consider careers related to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subjects and attract more female entrants into engineering.
