We’re excited to start the working week by welcoming our four new Electrical Apprentices to Gratte Brothers! They’ll be based on our sites across London, learning from our Project Teams and putting into practice the knowledge gained and theory learnt from the time they spend at college.
We have an average length of service of 17 years amongst site operatives and are proud to know that many members of our Project Teams started their careers as Gratte Brothers’ Apprentices. Our Apprenticeships offer an opportunity to gain a recognised qualification, while earning a salary and learning on the job and after completing these qualifications, we help to build individual careers so that each Apprentice can reach their potential.
We bid all of these Apprentices a warm welcome and wish them every success on their Apprenticeship journey!
