A multinational, corporate group appointed Caraeno to deliver a luxury residential development adjacent to St James’s Palace.
Erected in 1905, the former offices of the Alliance Assurance Company have been turned into a collection of eight, high-quality residences designed to the highest specification and benefiting from a swimming pool and spa.
Gratte Brothers was appointed to provide the mechanical services within the building which consisted of capital plant, 4-pipe fan coil system, ductwork, insulation, water treatment, BMS, boiler flues, CHP plant, boilers, public health system, soil and waste and gas installation.
Services were carried out within the refurbished Grade II building and its new build addition. This required detailed programming to achieve the phased handovers.
The specification of the apartments required a complex BMS integration involving several third parties. Gratte Brothers provided a full suite of building services including networks and AV solutions, ensuring the quality of the installation and commissioning period were met.
