A reconfiguration of the space was required to better suit the client’s operations. Gratte Brothers Security Systems & Software was instructed to decommission the existing security system and design and install CCTV, IDS and ACS control systems to suit the new layout of the building.
Over a 6-month programme, works were undertaken in two occupied buildings connected via a link bridge, with the plant room located on the roof.
