The extensive project was phased over three weeks. Prior to attending site, all sourced equipment was collated at our distribution centre to arrive as a single consignment in Edinburgh. Equipment included Rational combi ovens, Adande under cabinet refrigeration, Adventys induction hobs, Valentine fryers and Frima units. Having travelled 400 miles to a city centre with specific parking and delivery times, a slick unloading operation was required.
At key stages, senior project managers travelled from our London Head Office to oversee the works, which included the installation of fabricated sections of canopy (requiring hot works). This prestigious project was selected by Gratte Brothers as its entry for the CEDA Awards 2018.
