Clockwise is a provider of well-designed, contemporary private offices, shared workspaces and meeting rooms with brilliantly flexible membership plans. This project in The Hague was the first of a number of projects awarded to Gratte Brothers Security Management Ltd by the client and required the supply and installation of CCTV, connected to a cloud-based video management system (VMS), across 4 floors of new office space.

Overview

To ensure a secure site, 18 cameras in total were installed snag free via our local support partners in line with the new scope developed for this project.

This project was one of the first undertaken by Gratte Brothers Security Management Ltd in Mainland Europe and to ensure our standards of quality were upheld, our UK team was responsible for visiting site to supervise the installation, connect the CCTV with the VMS, deliver training, and communicate with the client throughout to ensure they understood the full functionality of the system and had all questions answered.

Our strong, positive communication was highly praised and our relationship with the infrastructure team ensured that their networks administrators got to work as soon as the cameras were set up so that there was no delay.

Additional Works

Our team additionally deployed a quick solution to redact part of the image recorded on one of the cameras due to concerns that the angle could capture a customer’s computer screen. This solution ensured no privacy or GDPR regulations would be violated.

We have since deployed an additional people counting camera, which we seamlessly added to the network and commissioned remotely and we have since been awarded several further projects as a result of our delivery.
