Scope of Works
Gratte Brothers undertook the design development and installation of 4 new kitchens within this 100 bed, 5-star hotel and spa complex.
The installation included a stand-alone destination restaurant with a theatre kitchen called ‘The Barn’, satellite banqueting kitchens and spa catering facilities.
The project’s show piece is the hotel kitchen itself, which features rise and fall hydraulic heated service points, spanning a height of 1m and weighing 1 tonne, white granite work surfaces and cooking suites. The kitchen also has a stainless steel ventilation system with built-in UV light grease treatment system.
