Project Highlights

Other features include a a bespoke copper 3-tier gantry, no less than 27 specialist refrigerated drawers and a Wi-Fi automatic temperature monitoring system, that records all the individual fridge temperatures, 24/7, across the whole site.

The year-long programme for the refurbishment of the hotel was tied to a society event. To ensure there would be no issues with the catering for this event Gratte Brothers completed the installation well before handover to ensure staff had time to acclimatise to the new equipment.
