The New North London Synagogue is home to the 3,000 members of the Masorti Jewish community based in Finchley, London. The Synagogue is a registered charity and focuses on providing structured activities for various age groups within the community and promoting the Masorti message.

The Synagogue is a modern venue for worship and has several multi-functional areas capable of hosting 240 guests. Gratte Brothers provides maintenance services for the synagogue, which has three plant rooms across two levels and is in constant use.

Gratte Brothers maintains the mains power, chiller system, wet systems to radiators, water treatment, and lamp replacement. Throughout the course of the relationship, Gratte Brothers has undertaken multiple small projects including the overhaul of the underfloor heating pumps.

Sensitivity must be observed whilst works are taking place as this is not only a place of worship, but the grounds are also home to the community nursery. The contract is subject to a 4-hour service level agreement which is reviewed at every monthly meeting.
