Scope of Works
In line with its ethos of Maintaining Excellence, Gratte Brothers Building Services Maintenance Ltd installed 6 new side stream filtration and water treatment units in addition to 4 new tank lids and 6 dosing pots within one of Kao Data’s live data centres. This installation formed part of a wider programme of replacement works for our client, to ensure the facility remains in optimum condition for the data centre’s end-user clients.
Side stream filtration units help remove contaminants from a building’s closed-loop water system and help prevent temperature control issue amongst a number of other benefits;
- Reduced Costs: Less wear & tear, lower maintenance and minimised downtime.
- Improved Efficiency: Cleaner systems optimise water flow for better performance.
- Lower Energy Use: Clean systems require less energy to function.
