Since 2016, Gratte Brothers has been responsible for maintaining the landlord services via a Mobile Engineer who attends weekly. This ensures all major assets, which includes Air Handling Units, Sprinklers, 131 Fan Coil Units and Cold Water Storage are maintained in line with SFG20, alongside reactive and emergency callout cover with agreed response times.
Statutory and mandatory compliance checks are also undertaken throughout the year to give the client complete confidence and monthly visits to two tenant’s floors via direct contracts ensures that all emergency light, fire alarm bell and temperature testing is conducted.
