MSA and the end client were extremely impressed with not just the finished installation but also our project management and communication throughout the project. All works were completed ahead of schedule and the site was handed back to the client 2 days early.
Scope of Works
These project works arose as a result of historic water ingress problems in the basement plant room which meant that the main switch room panels had outlived their natural life cycle and would need replacing in order to pass upcoming inspections.
The existing switchgear was therefore replaced with 2 new 250Amp TP&N panels complete with digital response meters.
Project Challenges & Client Satisfaction
As the building is multi-tenanted, keeping the project on programme and delivered within the tight timetable of 2 weeks in which the building would be closed was integral.
MSA and the end client were extremely impressed with not just the finished installation but also our project management and communication throughout the project.
All works were completed ahead of schedule and the site was handed back to the client 2 days early.
