Scope of Work

Our involvement encompassed the full spectrum of design and installation services, from conceptualisation to execution. Our brief was to design, supply and install the primary kitchen at the Hub, to serve daily breakfasts and dinners to hotel guests and visitors alike. Despite the challenges posed by the central location and ongoing hotel operations, our team efficiently managed the project, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities. By meticulously coordinating deliveries and installations, we maintained a smooth workflow, culminating in the successful completion of the contract on January 5th, 2024.

Gratte Brothers Catering Equipment Limited selected quality equipment tailored to the unique requirements of Premier Inn’s Hub Hotel in Farringdon. Our meticulous attention to detail ensured that each component was optimised for functionality, durability, and energy efficiency, aligning with the project’s BREEAM accreditation. Among the notable installations were:

These premium-grade appliances were carefully chosen to enhance operational efficiency, streamline food preparation processes, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Final Components

Our successful collaboration with Premier Inn culminated in the transformation of a former multi-storey car park into a vibrant hospitality hub. Our contributions to the project not only facilitated the seamless operation of the hotel’s kitchen but also played a pivotal role in achieving BREEAM accreditation, underscoring our commitment to sustainable development.

By leveraging our expertise in commercial catering and foodservice equipment, we enabled Premier Inn to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
