Scope of Works
Gratte Brothers was honoured to be selected to design develop and install the new foodservice facilities within this renowned, 3-star Michelin restaurant and we are delighted that this project marked the start of a decades-long relationship with the Roux family.
The kitchen was designed to Michel and Alain’s exacting specification and included an Athanor bespoke cooking suite, Hobart ware washing, Foster refrigeration and complete ventilation systems including extraction canopies and fresh air supply.
