Award-Winning Features

A key feature of the kitchen is the customised stainless steel work stations which Alain had designed to his precise specification. Particularly important was the thickness of the tops which were twice the normal gauge.

Gratte Brothers Limited was also involved in the project and completed the associated mechanical and electrical services to allow the smooth running of the kitchen’s operations.

Gratte Brothers won both the Catering Equipment Distributors Association (CEDA) Hotel Sector and Grand Prix Award for this project.
