The project consisted of the fit-out of switch rooms, the removal and storage of an existing generator and the installation of client supplied step-down transformers, 11kV switchgear, LV switchgear, standby generator, uninterrupted power supply (UPS) and power distribution units (PDU). Also included within this fit out was supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), a hybrid dry air cooler, water cooled chiller, computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units, chiller water packaged plant room and building management system (BMS) packaged plant rooms.
Construction elements managed by Gratte Brothers during the build included associated builders work such as white walls, structural steelwork, raised flooring, bunding, epoxy resin floor finishes and steelwork ramp, along with the strip out, enabling package and fit out of new technical plant rooms and associated facilities.
