On Thursday 3rd October Gratte Brothers held their annual Long Service & Retirement Presentation which recognises and celebrates members of staff who have achieved 25 or 40 years of service. The event also acknowledges those who have dedicated their working years to the company and are now entering retirement.
We are proud to have an average staff retention rate of 12 years and an average service length of 17 years amongst our Site Operatives. This year we celebrated five retirees as well as 8 of our employees who have completed an amazing 260 years of combined service within the company.
