After a meticulous submission process, we’re thrilled to announce that we have won a RoSPA Silver Health & Safety award. This is an incredible achievement as these are notoriously competitive awards, and to have taken home Silver on our first every entry is truly something to be proud of.
As a Group, we prioritise health & safety in everything we do. Our internal initiative ‘Safety First’ promotes best practice across the business and facilitates a two-way line of communication between frontline and management teams to flag successes and areas for improvement, and evidence of this formed part of our winning submission. Of course, we couldn’t have achieved our RoSPA Silver award without the exceptional work of our teams! So, our thanks and congratulations go out to our personnel for prioritising health & safety every single day. It’s an incredible feeling to be recognised for the work we collectively put in, and it demonstrates our ongoing commitment to health & safety in the workplace. Particular mention goes to Lucy Fountain, HSEQ Administrator, for the incredible amount of work that went into coordinating the award submission.
