Gratte Brothers Building Services Maintenance (GBBSM) has an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join the team based in King’s Cross, London.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth of the business by identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships with existing and potential clients, and expanding our customer base. The role will focus on enhancing the company’s presence within Greater London by targeting end-users, consultants, PQS, managing agents, and FM companies. The individual will be a key member of the Senior Management Team, helping to shape and execute the company’s business development strategy.
About the Role:
The key areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to):
- Sales and client development.
- Prospecting and business growth.
- Client engagement and relationship management.
- Sales strategy and bid management.
- Collaboration and cross-functional liaison.
The successful candidate will possess 10 years’ experience in a Sales or Business Development role, specifically within the technical building services and/or facilities management sectors. You will be proactive, self-motivated and client focused. In addition, the right individual will have a good understanding of operational delivery, be IT proficient and a confident communicator.
