Gratte Brothers | Security Systems & Software is currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our Warrington team.

About the Role:

The Helpdesk Administrator will proactively work within a Helpdesk Team of 7 to ensure the swift and efficient processing of customer requests for service and preventative maintenance, from receipt through to invoicing. The candidate will be responsible for answering and directing telephone calls, processing customer requests for site attendance, preparing estimates and quotations, and handling engineer timesheets and expenses. Additionally, the role includes updating customer portals with accurate call status, uploading invoices through customer portals, and ordering stock and managing supplier purchase orders. The position offers development opportunities over time while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Helpdesk Team.

Experience & Skills:

  • The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Essential experience & skills:
    • Competent & confident with English and Maths.
    • Confident and friendly telephone manner.
    • Positive approach to tasks assigned to customers and team members.
    • IT proficient with a working knowledge of office equipment (i.e. printers, etc.).
    • Enthusiasm and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise; punctual and reliable.
