Gratte Brothers Limited (GBL) currently has a career opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Estimator to join the team.
About the Role:
The Senior Mechanical Estimator reports into the Estimating & Procurement Director in the preparation and presentation of commercially viable mechanical services estimates. You will ensure efficient management of tender/cost plan inquiries, adhering to company procedures. In addition, you will review and analyse tender documentation, and issue for legal review. In addition, you will engage with Design and Operations teams for compliancy, raising any identified issues with the client. The role will also entail reviewing specifications, engaging with supply partners and producing a quotation control sheet for enquiry send-out.
Candidates will need to be confident communicators, comfortable working as part of a team, and have an eye for detail. As part of the role, you will need to collaborate with other departments, so a personable approach and strong organisational skills are a must.
