Gratte Brothers | Building Services & Engineering currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their team based in King’s Cross, London.
Reporting to the Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager, this role will provide administrative support to the wider Supply Chain department, taking responsibility for the management of core administrative processes to ensure they are carried out in a timely manner and to the standard expected.
About the Role:
The Supply Chain Administrator will provide administrative support to the Supply Chain department and take responsibility for the management of core administrative processes, ensuring they are carried out in a timely manner and to the standard expected. One of your key responsibilities will be to ensure suppliers have up to date insurances before they are employed on projects. Other core responsibilities include assisting with uploading contract information to the database and assisting with the administration of supply chain queries regarding invitations, verifications and approvals.
Experience & Skills:
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Administrator/Office Support.
- Previous experience of the construction industry is desirable but not essential.
- Essential experience & skills:
- Competent & confident with English and Maths.
- Strong organisational & administrative skills.
- IT proficient with a working knowledge of office equipment (i.e. printers, etc.).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise; punctual and reliable.
- The candidate must be educated to GSCE Level (or equivalent) with A-C grades (new grades 9-4) in English and Maths.
