Catering Equipment Maintenance

Gratte Brothers Catering Equipment Limited is one of the leading providers of catering equipment planned maintenance and repair services within London and the Home Counties.

We currently employ over 35 fully qualified catering equipment engineers in addition to a number of trainee engineers. These engineers are qualified in a range of disciplines and their skills are regularly updated to meet the needs of statutory requirements and technological advances.

To ensure an efficient service, each engineer’s vehicle carries a range of the most commonly required spare parts with stock replenished on a daily basis from Gratte Brothers’ own warehouse and distribution centre.

Repair Service

Incoming calls for repair services are handled by experienced Help Desk staff who allocate a suitably qualified engineer to attend at the earliest opportunity.

Planned Maintenance

Our Service Department offers a range of planned maintenance contracts which can be tailored to meet an individual client’s needs.

A dedicated maintenance manager can provide advice on the most appropriate contract depending on the type and age of equipment installed and patterns of use.

All contract clients are allocated a dedicated contracts co-ordinator who is responsible for client liaison, scheduling maintenance visits, allocating engineers’ attendance and administration of the contract.

Contract clients are offered a 24-hour call out facility which operates 365 days per year.

Planned maintenance contracts are currently provided to a range of hotels, restaurants, corporate organisations, leisure facilities and hospitals.
