Pre-Construction
Our pre-construction and design coordination teams can be involved at all stages of a project – from conception to completion – and are often deployed earlier than our project delivery teams.
Some clients choose to appoint us on a PCSA (Pre-Construction Service Agreement) where we work alongside our client’s M&E consultants and other design team members offering our expertise on buildability, procurement and coordination before the issue of their Tender Information.
Once we’re appointed to a contract, our design and coordination engineers often take primary roles in our project teams, leading the pre-construction activities by delivering the working drawings needed for site installation to start.
