Collaboration-First Approach

Instilling a collaboration-first approach as early as possible enables design & M&E teams, alongside wider project team contractors, to forge cost-neutral engineering-led solutions that improve building, installation and sustainability efficiency.

Projects like 21 Moorfields, LON2, and LD4’s UPS replacement have all benefited from PCSA implementation, resulting in superior engineering quality respectively.

Collaborating early allows buildability to feed to the consultant, developing smarter solutions closer to installation quality at an earlier stage.

Identifying pre-fabrication and tailored engineering solutions early on enables a greater take-up on these proposals, drastically elevating installation efficiency and quality.

Alongside applying engineering solutions, MEP construction and commissioning cost plans can be prepared, alongside developing plant replacement strategies.

Best in Delivery

Once we are awarded a contract, our project teams develop a strategy to maximise the opportunities for pre-assembled and modular construction. Using these opportunities for off-site engineering means we can improve quality, safety and project timelines.

We also follow documented processes to achieve industry-leading delivery, and use dedicated specialist personnel to support the pre-construction, construction and commissioning/handover phases.

Our directly-employed installation technicians, managers and specialist supply chain ensures the quality of our delivery throughout each project. We meticulously select our supply chain partners to maintain a network of building services professionals who share our values as well as our passion for safety and outstanding delivery.

Principal Contracting With M&E Expertise

Increasing client requests to enrol more civil, structural & architectural works within our delivery scope has led to our engineering teams being able to undertake principal and general contractor roles on projects.

Initially stemming from our core involvement within the data centre market, CSA works have woven into our delivery criteria, streamlining communication and delivery on projects.

A dedicated CSA team work alongside a temporary works team, delivering industry-leading temporary works procedures that integrate seamlessly with the M&E delivery.

Significant investment in our CSA-related departments enables full undertaking of relevant works, with the intention to grow within the Principal and General Contractor role.

Continual Improvement

Our ethos is simple: build long-term relationships with clients who share our values and consistently deliver the excellence and continual improvement required to meet individual needs and exceed expectations.

Since continual improvement is a key feature of our culture, at the end of each building services project we conduct extensive customer satisfaction surveys.

Documented team reviews also enable the process, product, technical and service improvements that allow us to  maintain and exceed our customers’ expectations.
